208649 Husky Soccer - FIFA Field Renovation - Request for Bid Documents and Addenda

Project Description: The project includes the following work: Base Bid: Temporary Site Security, Access, and Temporary Erosion Control; Select Earthwork including Materials Salvage and Outhaul, Excavation, and Trenching; Site Utilities including Irrigation Systems, Storm Drainage, and Subsurface Drainage; Chain Link Fencing and Ball Control Netting Systems; Permeable Aggregates and Synthetic Turf Surfacing; Asphalt Pavement Treatments, Base Aggregates, and Hot Mix Asphalt Paving; Ahtletic Field Sodding; Native Shrub and Groundcover Plantings; Landscape Restoration; and Final Cleaning & Demobilization.

Alternate Bid Item 1: Remove & Dispose of existing metal halide light fixtures & brackets on existing 100' poles, remove existing wiritng harnesses and ballast/enclosures, provide new LED floodlights, brackets, wiring harnesses, and LED drivers and enclosoures, connect to existing lighting circuit, replace lighting controller in existing enclosure at the adjacent facility electrical room, provide testing & commissioning, aiming, and post-installation adjustments as needed to meet performance & spill requirements.
