Construction Manager at Risk for Bond Construction Projects and Other Projects on an As Needed Basis

Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, it is the intention of the Lewisville Independent School District (the "District" or "Owner") to select, via the two-step process, multiple Construction Manager­ at-Risk ("CM@R") firms for the construction of Bond Construction Projects and other construction projects on an as needed basis, as generally described in this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). Persons or entities submitting qualifications in response to this RFQ are referred to herein as offeror(s).

It is the intent of this RFQ to select multiple firms to perform Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the District. The Owner reserves the right to issue projec s.

ts under another delivery method or a separate RFQ for CM@R if so desired.

The Owner reserves the right to post an additional RFQ at a later date to add other CM@R firms to the list of qualified firms during the duration of this contract.

All firms shall submit their qualifications with this bidding system format as well as provide (1) original and (4) hard copies & (1) electronic flash drive of RFQ Document.

The term of this RFQ shall run concurrent with RFQ #3006-22 until November 30,2026. There will be an option for two successive renewals, each consisting of a twenty-four month term, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees.
Initial Term: August 2025- November 2026

Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: November 2026- November 2028

Tentative Third Term - Renewal Option: November 2028- November 2030
