This is a request for information (RFI) for market research purposes only to determine the availability of potential businesses with capabilities to provide software services and suport for Pneumatic Tube Systems for the Puget Sound VA Medical Center in Seattle Washington. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Responses to this RFI notice must be in writing.
Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. All responses are due by 18 April 20205 at 15:00 PST. Interested parties can respond with any information directly to Derek Crockett at Derek.Crockett@va.gov.
The Puget Sound VA Medical Center in Washington State is seeking qualified providers for software services and support for its existing pneumatic tube systems. These systems are used for daily deliveries within a multi-level hospital environment. The objective is to identify potential vendors capable of supplying and implementing a new software system to manage and support these pneumatic tube systems efficiently.
