THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE AND AMERICAN MANUFACTURED PRODUCT WHICH IS FOUND TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE AND PRICE IS DEEMED FAIR AND REASONABLE WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE FOR AWARD. BE SURE TO SUBMIT SIZE SPECS ALONG WITH YOUR OFFER AND ANY DETAILS IF YOU ARE OFFERING AN EQUAL PRODUCT. ALSO, PLEASE GIVE WHERE YOUR OFFER WAS MANUFACTURED.
