DESCRIPTION: 115 acres of land and water at Stillhouse Hollow Lake, Texas, Bell County for the purpose of commercial concession (marina) and park operations
PROPOSAL DEADLINE: October 14, 2025, 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST)

A Pre-Lease meeting is scheduled for September 4, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., Central Standard Time (CST) at the Fort Worth District Office – Real Estate Division, 819 Taylor Street, Room 4A14H, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. Site inspections may be arranged with John Thibodeaux, Lake Manager, 254-939-2461. Please call 24 hours in advance of desired time of inspection.
