Description
The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals from firms or teams of firms experienced in land use, zoning, creative placemaking, and graphic design necessary to support ARC¿s Community Development Department (CDD) during the calendar year 2025. ARC intends to award a contract for work during the CY 2025, in which the scope will be directly related to providing technical assistance to ARC and local governments to plan and implement programs and projects. All work must be completed by December 31, 2025. Any contract award for this work is contingent upon ARC receiving adequate funding for this purpose from the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).
