Description
The Phase I Earthworks scope of work includes:
.1 Topsoil stripping in the Cell 7 area to the full depth as specified in the Drawings.
.2 Landfill Cell 7 excavation and rough grading to the design elevations. Source separate and stockpile materials as described in the Specifications and as directed by the Owner.
.3 Landfill Cell 7 perimeter berm development.
.4 Decommissioning of monitoring wells by a qualified driller (as detailed in Specification 33 11 53.10)
.5 All associated works to meet the design intent of Cell 7 Phase I.
