Description:
This project is the widening of US 21 Bypass and SC 51. The work generally consists of select clearing and grubbing, widening of US 21 and SC 51, extensions of two 5’x5’ concrete box culverts, one 6’x6’ concrete box culvert and associated storm drainage pipes, boxes and inlets, the realignment of Gold Hill Rd., US 21 Business, Spring Hill Farm Rd., Old Nation Rd., etc.
