ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, ARKANSAS STATE GAME AND FISH COMMISSION
Sealed bids will be received by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission at the Mayflower Field Office, 213A Hwy 89 South, Mayflower, AR 72106 until 10:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, Thursday, January 30, 2025 and then publicly opened and read for the furnishing of all work required for the Hulsey Access Paving on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas, all in strict accordance with plans, specifications and contract drawings on display for review by prospective Contractors at the Mayflower Field Office, 213A Hwy 89 South, Mayflower, AR 72106.
There will be a mandatory on site pre-bid meeting at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the project site at 350 Fish Hatchery Road, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
This project is under the strict adherence to the “Build America, Buy America” Act. It shall be bid and built according to these standards. For further information, please reference the “INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, SECTION X, BUILD AMERICA, AMERICA” of the bid specification documents.
