INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Eureka Springs Transit System (ESTS), Eureka Springs, Arkansas, is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of 27’ Trolley. ESTS is looking for unique designs that complement our other transit vehicles, that are compatible with our history as America’s Victorian Village and that provide transportation to our citizens and guests of our community.
Bid packages containing detailed specifications, bid conditions and federal clauses can be obtained from the Eureka Springs Transit System, 137 W. Van Buren, Eureka Springs, AR 72632, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; or a bid package can be downloaded at www.EurekaTrolley.org/Bids .
TIME & PLACE: Sealed Proposals addressed to Mr. Kenneth Smith, Transit Director, will be received until 12:59 P.M. CST on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the Eureka Springs City Hall, 44 S. Main Street, Eureka Springs, AR 72632, at which time they will be publicly opened. All Proposals must be in a sealed envelope with “27’ TROLLEY BID: ST 12-25” clearly stated thereon.
ESTS reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals as deemed in its best interests.
