11 April 2025, AMENDMENT 6- CANCELLATION NOTICE:

This message serves to formally cancel combined synopsis/ solicitation n. FA568225Q8006 for Prolonged Field Care Training.

No further action will be requested under this requirement.

We thank all vendors who submitted quotes for their time and effort.

AMENDMENT 5- The purpose of this amendment is to update the period of performance.

AMENDMENT 4- The purpose of this amendment is to specify that previously submitted questions that have not been answered need to be resubmitted no later than 12.00 PM CET, 4 APRIL 2025.

AMENDMENT 3-The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from the 2nd April 2025 to the 16th April 2025 at 12.00 PM CET and to extend questions due date to the 4th April at 12.00 PM CET.

AMENDMENT 2- The purpose of this Amendment is to post the Questions & Answer Matrix and to update the Government Point of Contacts by removing Contracting Officer TSgt Joshua Largent and adding Contracting Officer Mr. Adam Bernas at adam.bernas@us.af.mil.

AMENDMENT 1- This amendment is to update Attachment 4 by removing the verbiage "Attachment 6 CLIN structure" from it.

The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for Prolonged Field Care Training capable of meeting this solicitation's specifications, outlined in Attachment 2- Performance Work Statement. All quotes must adhere to this solicitation in its entirety to include attachments/amendments as applicable.

Questions regarding the solicitation: The offeror may submit questions via e-mail no later than 4:00 PM, CET, 26 March 2025.
