USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) FY26 ROH/DD

Prepare for and accomplish the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) as specified in the solicitation and in accordance with the work item package. The anticipated period of performance is March 20, 2026 to September 20, 2026. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor’s facility. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be the West Coast.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.

The decision to solicit under full and open competition was made from market research. The MSC Office of Small Business and Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative concurs.
