This is an amendment to the original solicitation SPE300-25-R-0034
This amendment addresses the updates as follows:
1. Page 7 Paragraph B. Has been updated to reflect the following:
"The aforementioned zone is comprised of (3) Groups in the area described above. Group 1 consists of Non-DoD School customers in the West/Southwest Wyoming Zone. Group 2 consists of Non-DoD USDA School customers in the Northern Wyoming Zone. Group 3a consists of Non-DoD USDA School customers in the Central/Southeast Wyoming Zone. Group 3b consists of Non-DoD USDA Reservation customers in the Wyoming Zone. The Agency intends to award one contract per group. Offerors must submit a proposal for all of Group 1, all of Group 2, all of group 3, or all three. The offeror must support all of the customers in the Group for which they make an offer. Offerors are required to propose and properly substantiate pricing on all items in the Schedule of Items for Group 1 and/or Group 2 and/or Group 3. Failure to do so may result in its proposal being deemed technically unacceptable and therefore excluded from further consideration for award. Because the Contracting Officer is not obligated to initiate negotiations, each offeror shall submit its most competitive proposal for each Group it has chosen to propose on. Said proposal shall be responsive to all of the Solicitation's requirements and free from any deficiencies."
2. Please see updated estimated dollar value chart found in SOW page 9 in the Solicitation regarding group titles.
3. “All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.”
