The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Comp-Ray, Inc., under NAICS code 811210 – Surgical instrument repair and maintenance services, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (Soliciting from a Single Source). The requirement is for a for a contractor to provide PM Service on Shimadzu RadSpeed Digital X-ray Systems for the Fort Yuma Health Center and Fort Duchesne PHS Indian Health Center. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
