Place of Performance:
1. Is the intent to remove the rudders completely or just do visual and bearing measurements? It is not intended for the rudders to be removed. Please provide pricing as an option for removal.
2. Is the POP still ending 05/01/2026? The last update shows it as 09/30/2026. The PoP end date was updated to be 09/30/2026 in lieu of 05/01/2026.
3. Is the expectation to paint antifoul underneath the coolers as well, since this is part of the underwater body? Yes, the cooling grid recesses are to be coated with anti-foul.
