Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Lamoille Keywords: Environmental Consultant Services Bid Description: The Lamoille County Planning Commission (LCPC) through this Request for Proposals (RFP) is seeking a qualified environmental (QEP) consulting and/or planning firm to provide assistance with: (a) securing United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) and potentially other federal or state grants for the assessment, cleanup, or redevelopment of Brownfields properties in Lamoille County, and (b) implementation of environmental assessment, remedial planning, community outreach, and other environmental or planning components of brownfields grants for which funding has been secured. The initial focus for the contract will be applying for a U.S. EPA Community-Wide Assessment Grant (up to $500,000) for LCPC, anticipated to be announced in the Fall of 2025.
