Computerized Maintenance Management System

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is upgrading/replacing its current Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with a CMMS for asset and work order management that can integrate compliance management modules for permits, capital projects, rounding, safety, and vendor management. These modules may be added to the overall CMMS solution as requested by Roswell Park at their convenience to enhance business operations and increase productivity.

Roswell Park prefers cloud-based or SaaS solutions that meet the “Acceptable” or “Exceptional” requirements of its Roswell Park’s Information Security Risk Assessment. The mobile solution must connect through Roswell Park’s Android MDM, not the Company’s.

As part of its proposed offering, Roswell Park is looking for each Company to provide pre-implementation planning, implementation, process customization, data migration, user training and program acceptance, maintenance, and support services for the solution, including ongoing maintenance and support services following the system implementation acceptance and expiration of the standard maintenance and support services that are included with the original purchase, for the life of the Resultant Agreement.
