MMCAP; previously known as MMCAP Infuse or Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy, is a national cooperative group purchasing organization for government facilities that contracts for pharmaceutical products and healthcare services across the United States. MMCAP is operated by the State of Minnesota Department of Administration’s Office of State Procurement (OSP) and is governed by Minnesota laws and procurement policies. MMCAP is required to conduct a public solicitation using fair and open competition to contract with Responders. MMCAP is requesting proposals for BRAND pharmaceuticals and/or BRAND over the counter (OTC) products from manufacturers. Products awarded as a result of this solicitation will be ordered by Members and delivered to Members using MMCAP’s contracted pharmaceutical wholesalers. The current MMCAP pharmaceutical wholesalers are AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation (Cencora), Cardinal Health 110 and 112, and Morris & Dickson Co. (Authorized Wholesalers). MMCAP is not soliciting for any additional pharmaceutical wholesalers or distributors with this RFP.
Instructions: There are four (4) documents associated with this proposal. Once you click on each button to download, you must insert an email address and click submit. When redirected to the next page, click on the link in the “Thank you” message to download and obtain the below documents. These documents are titled with the following:
IMPORTANT: Although the ePro Submission Instructions, Exhibit A, and Exhibit C, are titled “Addendum 1”, “Addendum 2” and “Addendum 3”, it is worth noting that these are NOT addendums. System limitations prevented us from changing the naming conventions of these documents.
Your information will be collected for the purpose of notifying you of any official addendums that may be issued for this solicitation. If the RFP is further distributed to any other parties that have not downloaded the solicitation from the OSP website and recorded their information, they will not be notified of these addendums. Not receiving any addendum will not be grounds for protesting the awards made in this RFP.
The response due date is March 4, 2026, at 2 p.m. Central Time, late proposals will not be considered.
