SNWA 3810S HVAC On- Call Services

The Work Sites include, but are not limited to, the following: water treatment facilities, administrative offices, laboratories, maintenance shops, pumping stations, rate-of-flow control stations, metering vaults, valve vaults, pressure-reducing valve sites and other buildings and facilities owned and operated by the Owner. Owner facilities are located throughout Clark County, including the City of Las Vegas, the city of North Las Vegas, the city of Henderson, Boulder City, the city of Laughlin, Nellis Air Force Base and public lands controlled by the Bureau Of Land Management and the Lake Mead National Recreational Area.

The Work consists of the repair or replacement of existing HVAC equipment and appurtenances as defined by individual Construction Master Commitment Assignments. The Work includes providing all necessary equipment, labor services, supervision, construction equipment, tools, subcontracted services and materials required to perform the repair or replacement of existing HVAC equipment as directed by the Commitment Drawings, the Engineer, or as specified otherwise. All work will be assigned as individual Construction Master Commitment Assignments under the Authority’s Project Management System. Contractor(s) will be required to obtain final inspections and acceptance by those agencies having jurisdiction.
