Scope of Services
The work to be performed includes the following services at the designated property:
• Removal of sixteen (16) Laurel Oak trees including stumps.
• Trimming of lower limbs on a few remaining oak trees located around the North and South
entrances.
• Chipping and removal of all brush and debris generated as a result of the work.
• Chipping and removal of all brush and debris along ditch banks and between large oak trees.
• Protection of existing landscaping, fencing, and utilities during the performance of the work.
• Site cleanup, including blowing and raking of small debris created during the work.
• Please see attached image for aerial view of work. ***All questions and proposals must be submitted on VendorLink. PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS*** ***The following requirements must be met, in order to submit your bid on VendorLink*** Must upload the signed RFP/Contract with the Lump Sum Bid Amount completed. Please also include any other pertinent information as needed. Upload as file type "bid".
