Rolls of 250 DEGREE ADHESIVE FILM 3M AF 163-2K
a) Rolls shall be 3M AF 163-2K 36" Wide x 50 Yards
b) Rolls shall be certified by batch to BMS 5-101 TY2 GR10
c) Rolls must be shipped with dry ice and a minimum of two (2) temperature recorders per box.
d) Materials shall be shipped frozen at zero degrees Fahrenheit or below. Any temperatures that exceed zero degrees will be subject of review and acceptance or rejection.
e) Shipments must include a Certificate of Analysis to BMS 5-101 TY2 GR10
f) Shipments must include shelf-life, date of manufacture, and date of shipment.
g) Rolls must have at a minimum shelf-life of 85% upon delivery
h) Shipments must include a copy of current Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
3M AF30_10mil Structural Adhesive.
a) Rolls shall be 20 inches wide X 72 Yards long
b) Rolls shall be certified by batch and to the BMS 5-42v, Type II, Grade A
c) Rolls must be shipped with dry ice and a minimum of two (2) temperature recorders per box.
d) Materials shall be shipped frozen at forty (40) degrees Fahrenheit or below. Any temperatures that exceed 40 degrees will be subject of review and acceptance or rejection.
e) Shipments must include a Certificate of Analysis to BMS 5-42V testing requirements per box.
f) Shipments must include shelf-life, date of manufacture, and date of shipment.
g) Rolls must have at a minimum shelf-life of 85% upon delivery
h) Shipments must include a copy of current Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
3M SCOTCH-WELD STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE PRIMER EC-1660, 5% SOLIDS
a) Shall be in accordance with BMS5-42V, Type I, Class II
b) Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Analysis supplied to BMS5-42 Type 1 class.
c) All shipment shall include product shelf-life, date of manufacture, and date of shipment information.
d) All products shall have 85% shelf-life remaining upon arrival at Tinker AFB.
e) All Shipments shall be packed with dry ice to ensure the product is kept at the proper temperature and shall include the following: - Two (2) Data Logging Monitors per shipment
- One (1) 3M Monitor Mark 9860A Time Temperature Indicator (or equal) per shipment
- One (1) Warm Mark 25°C/77°F Ascending Time-Temperature Indicator (or equal) per shipment
- One (1) 0° to 80°F Irreversible Temperature Indicator Label per shipment.
