The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested vendors (Offeror) to provide equipment with experienced, licensed operators to perform snow and ice removal services on three (3) separate snow and ice routes within the City of Harrisonburg รข South Main Street Route, Downtown Streets Route, and Downtown Sidewalks/Parking Lots Route. Snow Removal Season is defined as October 15th of each year through April 30th of the following year.
