REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): Engineering services for the Sanitary Sewer System Improvements Project, Town of Friendship, NY. The Town of Friendship, anticipating the design and construction of improvements to the Town’s wastewater treatment plant, and its sanitary sewer collection system, is requesting Licensed Professional Engineers to submit qualifications for this project of suitable detail and completeness to satisfy the regulatory and funding agencies. A copy of the detailed RFQ is available upon request. M/WBE firms and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit.
