NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, July 10, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
New Dorms Phase II, Buildings 4, 5, 7, and 8 at Booneville Human Development Center located in Booneville, AR for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. PR #7102208 C
There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference. The State reserves the right to schedule future meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Stocks-Mann Architects, PLC, 401 West Capitol, Suite 402, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 370-9207. Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 372-4011. Prime Bidders may obtain up to three (3) full-sized sets of Bidding Documents from Southern Reprographics, Inc., 901 West 7th, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, 501-372-4011, upon deposit by means of a credit/debit card, on account, or check in the amount of $650 per set, payable to Stocks-Mann Architects, PLC. Any required deposit shall be refunded to Bidders who submit a bona fide Bid and return paper Bidding Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after receipt of Bids. A Bidder receiving a Contract award may retain paper Bidding Documents and the Bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Additional sets or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, may be obtained for the actual cost of printing, shipping and handling, and will be non-refundable. Prime Bidders may also obtain Bidding Documents in electronic format through Southern Reprographics at www.sriplanroom.com for a non-refundable fee as pre-determined by level of access.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, the State encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
