Princeton is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced professional historic preservation architecture and/or planning consultants, licensed in the State of New Jersey, or consulting firms with qualified personnel, to develop design guidelines for properties that lie within Princeton’s designated municipal historic districts.

Submissions will be received by Princeton by December 4, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. prevailing time via Microsoft OneDrive at the following link: Historic District Design Guidelines . Submissions received after the time indicated shall not be considered.
