Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Salt Lake County Library Division / the Community Services Department, and Facilities Management, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposer” or “Architect” or “Architect”) to provide design consulting services for a Midvale Library (“Project”) per the scope of work and requirements below.
The Project’s proposed location is at approximately 362 W Center Street, Midvale, UT 84047(Exhibit B). County intends to hire an Architectural/Engineering Team (“Design Team”) to be the Architect of Record.
