WT18011 CENTRAL STOCKTON ROAD DIET The project will construct bicycle facilities in Central Stockton along Monte Diablo Avenue, Ryde Avenue, West Fremont Street, Acacia Street (between Louis Park and California Street) and North Madison Street (between West Fremont Street and West Harding Way). Project scope will also include slurry seals along Ryde Avenue., West Fremont Street and North Street, signage and pavement markings.
