GUSG HABITAT HYDRO-LOGIC RESTORATION 2026

AMENDMENT 1 09/10/2026- This amendment is to reopen and extend the due date to 09/14/2026 12pm (noon) MD.

This is a construction contract to treat habitat for Gunnison sage-grouse, a species listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The goal of this project is to improve drainage on rural roads on government lands in the Crawford, Colorado area by installing efficient drainage features that effectively transport surface water off of roadways and onto adjacent sagebrush vegetation, effectively rewatering the landscape in a way that mimics natural hydrologic flow. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government.
