2026 Landscaping & Restoration Services

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received by the Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority electronically via the Pennbid Program and in person in a sealed envelope at the administration office located at 1275 Almshouse Road, Warrington, Pennsylvania, until 9:00 A.M., prevailing time on the 5th day of February, 2026, at which time and place they will be opened and read for the following:

The Bid is for a one-year period with two (2), one-year extensions by mutual agreement of owner and successful contractor. See Contract Documents and Specifications for additional information.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond payable to Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, except as may be permitted by State Law. The successful Bidder must comply with all provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and all revisions thereto.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, in the best interest of the Authority.
