ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sussex County will receive competitive sealed proposals until 2:00 p.m., local time, on September

25, 2026. Immediately following, they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Sussex County

Administrative Office Building, Engineering Department, 3rd Floor, 2 The Circle, Georgetown,

Delaware, 19947, recording only the name of the respondent(s) for the following project:

SUSSEX COUNTY PROJECT NO. M27-03

“BULK DELIVERY OF POLYMER”

Bids are being sought from Suppliers to provide materials. No construction is contained within the

contract proposal. All materials shall be delivered to the designated location in coordination with

Sussex County.

The Contract shall be awarded to the highest-scoring, responsible, and responsive Bidder(s)

based upon best value, as further described in the Contract Documents.

If the responding Bidder deems any portion of its response to contain trade secrets, proprietary

or other confidential information, it shall isolate and identify in writing the confidential portions,

together with a statement in support of its designation as such. The submission shall be

confidential until the bid has been awarded and a contract has been executed. Thereafter, all

submissions shall be open to public inspection.

the Sussex County Administration Building, 2 The Circle, P.O. Box 589, Georgetown, DE 19966,

or by e-mail at kwiden@sussexcountyde.gov. Questions shall be directed to Mr. Tyler Fink by

calling (302) 855-7836. Sussex County reserves the right to extend the time and place of bid

opening on not less the two (2) calendar days’ notice by certified mail.
