• Milling of asphalt pavement (retained material)

• Asphalt tack coat

Rumble Strips & Delineators

• Centerline and shoulder rumble strips

• Guide rail mounted delineators (Type B & D)

• Flexible delineator posts

Thermoplastic Pavement Markings

• 4", 6", 12", and 24" markings (white and yellow)

• Various legends and arrows (e.g., "SLOW", "LEFT ARROW", "2", "0")

Waterborne Markings

• 4" white and yellow waterborne lines

Raised Pavement Markers

• Snowplowable reflectors (W/B, W/R, Y/R, Y/Y)

• Reflector replacements

• Cover & clean markers

Utility Casting Adjustments

• Type B flexible base (0–15" and 16–36" diameters)

Traffic Control

• Maintenance and protection of traffic (lump sum)

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal

• Minority Participation Goal: 10% DBE
