STATEMENT OF WORK
Oil Onload
Vessel: USCGC WAESCHE-751
Delivery Location: Alameda, CA - Coast Guard Island
Delivery Date: 01APR2025-10APR2025
Delivery Method: Truck Only
Connection: 2” male camlock fitting - 150 ft of hose will be needed for Oil Onload
- Prepare and submit Over Water Transfer (OWT) notifications.
- Mobilize personnel and equipment to the site.
- Coordinate with the designated USCG representative for safety and pre-operational coordination.
- Set up transfer equipment for over the water services.
- Deliver 1,800 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15w40 in bulk (to be pumped onboard via truck)
- Provide DOT shipping documents to an authorized representative of the Generator for signature and approval.
