The work to be done primarily consists of interior renovations including interior finishes, new ceiling grid and acoustic ceiling tiles, energy efficient lighting, HVAC ductwork, a new IT closet, conversion of public restrooms into new office and storage spaces, a new all gender restroom, and lead and asbestos abatement. Exterior improvements include new windows and doors, replacing wood trim, painting, and a new storefront entry. Bids are required for the entire Work.
