2025 Storm Drain CIPP Lining

Invitation to Bid

Bidders are invited to bid on the Construction Contract known as 2025 Storm Drain CIPP Lining.  The location of the work is: Citywide, Holladay, Utah.  The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Storm drain cleaning, CIPP in-situ lining, CCTV, and traffic control.

All questions to be submitted by 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2025.

BIDS
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2025, at the Holladay City Hall, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah 84117, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after 2:00 p.m., as conclusively established by the clock at the Bid opening location, will not be accepted.

City of Holladay reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of City of Holladay
