The Greene County Common Pleas Court, General Division requests proposals for a Security Camera and Video Management System to be used on an ongoing basis for live audio and video monitoring and improved building security.

A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M. on November 7, 2024 in person at the Greene County Courthouse, 45 N. Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385.
Sealed envelopes containing proposals must be submitted with the RFP NAME, Security Camera and Video Management System, prominently written and displayed on the outside of the envelope/package. Proposals must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with accompanying required bonds.
Greene County reserves the rights defined in the Instructions to Proposers, including, but not limited to, the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any irregularities of Proposals, should same be to the advantage of the County.
