City of Calgary
At times, Fleet & Inventory Maintenance is unable to service certain assets internally. To maintain operational readiness for its customers, The City relies on third-party Suppliers to provide these services. Additionally, most warranty work must be performed at OEM facilities, which can result in added maintenance costs. To manage this overflow and warranty-related work, Fleet & Inventory requires dependable Suppliers who can step in as needed.
Maintenance is required in the following units, separated into the following schedules:
• Schedule A - Excavators/loaders/backhoes
• Schedule B - Skidsteers and Utility tractors
• Schedule C - Rotary and Flail Mowers
• Schedule D - Reel mowers (Golf Mowing Equipment)
• Schedule E - Electric Ice Resurfacers
• Schedule F - Ice Resurfacers (non-electric)
• Schedule G - Wood chippers and Stump Grinders
