16. Description - The United States Air Force (USAF) has a requirement to establish an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract (IDIQ) for a wide variety of individual simple construction maintenance efforts at Robins AFB, GA. Each project will be awarded by an individual Task Order (TO) issued against the basic contract and will specify work in support of equipment installation, real property facilities maintenance, repair, alteration, and/or new construction. Individual TO projects will vary in size, including but not limited to trades such as demolition, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, welding, pipe fitting, sheet metal, roofing, site work, site utilities, excavation, exterior door maintenance, interior door maintenance, lighting, flooring, concrete, masonry, pavements, fencing, asbestos and lead base paint abatement, and systems furniture removal, repair and installation. The typical scope of a TO will be minor and non-complex in nature, requiring minimum design and utilizing multiple skill sets. The CBR Cell will identify maintenance tasks required to complete each specific order. The contractor must adhere to all Robins Air Force Base Facility Standards and those requirements as detailed within the Statement of Work to be released with the solicitation. The proposed IDIQ will consist of three 12-month ordering periods and one 6-month extension option. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency
