This renewal of Convocation Hall has multiple scopes ranging from acoustical and theatre improvements to code compliance and improved accessibility for both patrons and performers.
The Consultant team will be responsible to review the various scopes with the Faculty representatives to determine the achievable scopes while working within the current hard construction budget. As the achievable scopes are determined, the various scopes will be prioritized to develop the tender/construction documents for completion of this phase of the renewal of Convocation Hall.
