KAPA'A HIGH SCHOOL - TRACK AND FIELD IMPROVEMENTS [BID DATE CHANGED FROM 11/19/2025]

Project Description: The work generally consists of the replacement of the existing dirt track with new synthetic track on new AC pavement and replacement of the existing grass field with new synthetic turf. It also includes storage containers, fencing, trenching, backfilling, compaction, concrete paving, irrigation,, electrical and other athletic field improvements and all related incidental repair and touch up finish work to match existing. The work also include additive bid alternates Nos. 1, 2, and 3 and the work description is described under 01230 -Alternates of the supporting bid documents.

Addendum 1 A protest of the bid specifications was received on October 27, 2025. Subject to Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-701, a stay on all procurement activity on this solicitation is issued.
