POST BLDG. AHU PA-2A - REPLACE VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE

Project Description: Provide all labor necessary to replace the VFD, bypass, and line reactor for AHU PA-2A. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing the VFD, line reactor, line and control wiring conduits, and wires. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at the POST Building, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions

All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the POST Bldg. contractors loading zone located at 1680 East West Rd. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work must contact Alton Fujimoto through email altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work.
