Sugar Hill Cemetery Fencing Improvement

The City of Sugar Hill will accept sealed bids from qualified contractors for the SUGAR HILL CEMETERY FENCING CONTRACT # 25-001.? The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents.? This project includes but is not limited to restoring privacy fencing, providing and installing decorative aluminum fencing and gates, chain link fencing and brick columns along the project limits.

Any questions pertaining to the bid documents shall be in writing and are to be submitted to Mr. Northrup by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Sugar Hill at the customer service desk at 5039 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, GA? 30518 and held there until 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, July 24, 2025, at which time the Assistant City Manager will collect and then open publicly each bid and read aloud in the Community Room in the same building. Only bids presented from a bidder that is on the Plan Holder List will be accepted and opened.
