Bid Description:
The City of Winooski is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional design services for the renovation of the Winooski Police Station located at 27 West Allen Street, Winooski VT.
A concept planning phase has been completed to determine prioritized renovation scope; preliminary floor plans identify the improvement scope and a preliminary cost estimate. The selected consultant will advance the project through Design Development, Construction Documents, permitting, and bidding in coordination with the Police Department and Public Works.
