Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services to include oversight of dredging operations, verification of staging site setup, inspection of disposal sites and other construction engineering & inspection services for the Phillippi Creek Dredging, Ph 2 project . This project is funded in whole or in part by U.S Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), and the CEI firm must ensure contractor compliance with the Davis-Bacon act and all applicable grant requirements.
