GENERAL INFORMATION AND BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Sealed bids for Horse Hay will be accepted by the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department, 627 Randall Road, Ludlow, MA 01056, until Tuesday, December 30, 2025at 2:00pm at the Sheriff’s Department purchasing department, room 253, 627 Randall Road, Ludlow, Ma 01056 at which time they will be read aloud.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. Ch.7 Section 22.

The contract will be awarded within 30 days unless the time for award is extended by mutual consent of the parties.

If any changes are made to this Request for Response (RFR), an addendum will be issued. Addenda will be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to all bidders on record as having been issued the RFR.

Questions may be emailed. Written responses will be emailed to all bidders on record as having been issued the RFR.
