LEASE.LEASEBACK (LUMP SUM) CONTRACT

CONTRACT: The New Bus Maintenance Facility
Please take notice that the above lease-leaseback lump sum ("LLB-LS") contract has been
awarded by the Tulare City School District ("Owner") to you, in the amount of $5.437.500.00
Dollars.

You must deliver the following documents to the Owner by the tenth (l0th) day
following the date of this Notice of Award and prior to the commencement of the Work:
a. Two fully executed counterparts of the LLB Agreement, Site Lease, and Sublease
(see attached forms). Each copy must bear your original signature on the signature
page.
b. One original of the Performance Bond using the form included in the bid package that
is executed by you and your surety.
c. One original of the Payment Bond using the form included in the bid package that is
executed by you and your surety.
d. One original set of the insurance certificates with endorsements required under the
General Conditions.
e. Any other documents required by the Request for Proposals and Qualifications to be
submitted following this Notice of Award or prior to the commencement of the Work.

Prior to the commencement of Work, you must submit an executed Student Contact Form
(see Attachment B to the Fingerprinting Notice and Acknowledgement).

You must deliver the certified baseline schedule (see General Conditions $3.9.1) to the
Owner within two weeks of award of the Contract and prior to the commencement of the
Work.

Any failure to deliver these documents within the time specified would allow the Owner
to deem your proposal to have been abandoned, to annul this Notice of Award, and to
declare your bid security to have been forfeited.

Before you may start any Work, you must attend a preconstruction conference. The
preconstruction conference may be arranged through Owner's representative, Annette
Borges at aborges@.tcsdk8.org. Questions regarding bonds and insurance may be
directed to Annette Borges at aborges@tcsdk8.org. All other inquiries regarding the
Project should be directed to David Lawrence at dlawrence@tcsdk8.org & Phil Pinheiro
at ppinheiro@tcsdk8.org.

Upon commencement of the Work, you and each of your Subcontractors shall certify,
maintain, and furnish payroll records as required by the Division of Labor Standards
Enforcement, in accordance with California Labor Code Sections 1776 and 1771.4.
