This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in (FAR Part 12) subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This requirement will be solicited and purchased via Sole Source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Eustis, VA intends to procure concert lighting and technology support for the TRADOC Band Virginia International Tattoo performance.
This requirement is being posted as an unrestricted solicitation via SAM. The NAICS Code is 423610, Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 (Effective Date 6/2/2023) and DFARS Change 6/09/2023 (Effective date 6/09/2023).
