This requirement is for: Polar Knowledge Canada
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category(ies): 1.1 Senior Human Resource Consultant and 1.4 Senior Employee Relations Consultant
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:
Polar Knowledge Canada is looking to foster excellence in people management by strengthening the overall labour relations capability and capacity, notably by increasing the support in the management of complex labour relations files and by upskilling managers and Human Resources (HR) professionals in managing employee relations issues.
The Consultant(s) will work closely with the Director, People and Culture, the Legal Team (via the People and Culture team) and management for immediate and on an as and when required basis, to ensure compliance with labour laws, to improve employee relations, and to manage labour disputes effectively. The priority is to support management of complex labour relations files.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award to March 31, 2025 with three (3) one year option periods
Estimated Level of Effort:
There is a need for a resource for ongoing services related to certain projects but also resources to fulfil as and when required services via Task Authorization during the period of the contract.
