The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the "Department") is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) in order to procure pharmaceutical goods and services to include dispensing and delivery of medications as well as clinical pharmacist consultations and services to six (6) MDH facilities: Deer’s Head Hospital Center (DHHC); Holly Center (HC); Potomac Center (PC); the Regional Institute for Children & Adolescents (RICA) – Baltimore; the Regional Institute for Children & Adolescents (RICA) – John L. Gildner/Rockville; and the Western Maryland Hospital Center (WMHC).
