Intended Single Source Purchase of Reorganization Services for Court Services

This is a Notice for a Single Source Source designation for Alachua County Board of County Commissioners.

Commodity or Service Required:

Implementation of reorganization plan for Court Services.

Justification for Single Source Acquisition:

The Center for Effective Public Policy (CEPP) completed the initial phase of the project which was to do a deep dive review of the Court Service Department and provided recommendations for reorganization. They are the consultancy that would be best suited to lead the implementation phase of the project.

Recommended Procurement Approach:

For the reason stated above, Alachua County Procurement Division intends to utilize the Single Source Procurement method to contract with Center for Effective Public Policy (CEPP) for supplying the above.
