BH-111-263-003 - OCME 125 Gal Replace Gas Water Heater - Baltimore, MD

This Project will take place at the Maryland Department of Health, Maryland Department of Health O.C.M.E., 900 W. Baltimore St, Baltimore, MD 21223. The purpose of this project is to remove and replace one (1) existing 125-gallon domestic water heater, Model No. 40N125A-MXS, with a new equivalent or approved equal unit. The Contractor shall be responsible for all field measurements and verification of existing conditions. The scope of work under this bid shall consist of, but not be limited to, providing all construction, labor, permits, materials, equipment, services, supplies, rigging, demolition, and testing required for the complete removal and replacement of the existing water heater as specified herein.
